Summary: "The Larion spell table lies dormant in a forgotten chamber in Sandcliff Palace, the abandoned Larion Senate stronghold on Eldarn's North Sea coast. The spell table, unused in nearly a thousand Twinmoons, holds the power to save the people of the five lands from the oppression and brutality that have enslaved them for generations ? but right now it is worthless.
